14 days and 13 nights are allotted for the 14-day Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat at Natraj World Yogshala in Rishikesh, India. As the centerpiece of the program, this retreat delves into the notion of Ayurveda; nevertheless, daily integration of yoga asana and pranayama techniques is incorporated into the curriculum to help students achieve balance in their practice. Our school focuses on Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga methods for asana practice. Students will workout for six days and take one day off each week. Our school arranges a half-day excursion for the students on this rest day, which can include a visit to one of the holy locations in Rishikesh. The rest day normally happens on a Sunday, however it could be moved to a weekday during Rishikesh's busy tourist season. The trip will involve a visit to Kunjapuri Temple or Vashishtha Cave. Excursion may change to a new location depending on the situation. The course fee covers the school-organized excursion, and the school will choose the destination.
